We realize efficiently capturing pertinent data and transporting medical related materials from both internal and external origins and destinations is necessary for you to compete today. We are currently looking for a vendor to provide courier services in the Geneva, IL for logistics services.

Responsibilities:

As a vendor working with our company, a requirement is that you supply a vehicle for service on local routes to transport specimen samples from pickup locations (collection sites) to local destination locations or local shipping locations. A smartphone is required to collect data used for tracking and invoicing for your services.

Qualifications:

Adequate, reliable transportation Auto Insurance Required Valid driver's license and good driving record Active Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with adequate data plan Federal Tax ID Number (EIN) Business Checking Account Professional courier experience preferred.

Service Details:

Small VAN required 12-15 (48-quart coolers per day) M-F Pickup after 500pm from Geneva, IL and deliver to South Bend, IN. Return coolers to Geneva, IL Driver Rate $160 125 miles one way

Note:

Vendors must have a valid business, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and a business checking account to be considered. As a vendor you will receive a 1099 for all earnings. As a vendor you will be required to provide any materials, equipment, and supplies for service other than what is provided.
