Job Summary Street Fleet Courier is seeking a reliable and organized Courier Service Associate to support daily delivery and courier operations. The ideal candidate will help coordinate packages, assist with pickups and deliveries, maintain accurate service records, and provide professional customer service. Responsibilities Assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, and preparing packages for delivery. Support daily pickup and delivery operations according to assigned schedules. Verify package information, delivery details, and customer instructions. Handle packages carefully and ensure items are properly secured. Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and service updates. Maintain accurate delivery records and service documentation. Assist drivers and courier team members with daily route activities. Report delivery issues, delays, damaged packages, or customer concerns promptly. Use company systems or mobile tools to update delivery information. Maintain organized work areas and follow package-handling procedures. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures. Assist with general courier and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous courier, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle packages carefully and efficiently. Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and basic delivery software. Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and safety procedures. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional and dependable attitude. Pay:

$19.75 - $21.88 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
