Reynolds Brothers Logistics (RBL) is a FedEx Independent Service Provider serving Huntsville & North Alabama. We're hiring for our Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP), a W-2 position where you deliver FedEx packages using a car, SUV, minivan, or pickup you already own. Think Spark or Uber Eats, but for FedEx packages, with steadier & more predictable stops & a real paycheck behind it.

How you get paid:

You're paid $1.70 per stop , not a flat day rate. Drivers running 15-18 stops per hour typically earn $25-$30 per hour . The more efficient you are, the more you make. We're looking for highly reliable people. This is a W-2 role with a set schedule. We need drivers who show up on time, every scheduled day, because our customers & our team depend on it. Weekly pay, every week via Direct Deposit Dense, close-together routes — you're not driving all over the county for one package Your vehicle needs to meet these requirements: Sedan, station wagon, SUV, minivan, or pickup truck with a covered & locked bed Model year 2014 or newer (12 years old or newer) Valid registration & insurance in your name Good condition — no major damage, no stickers, no graffiti or political messaging Cargo vans and shuttle-type vans do NOT qualify

Requirements:

Must be 21 or older Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR will be checked) Able to immediately pass a drug test & background check (no cost to you) Comfortable using a smartphone/scanner app to log deliveries Able to lift and carry packages of varying sizes & weights Dependable and consistent attendance — this is the most important thing we screen for

Schedule:
