Key Responsibilities:

Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction. Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise. Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more! Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers. Support our customers' needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values. Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance. Contribute to the store's daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
