Nathan's Automotive Detailing is one of Cleveland's premier detailing companies, and we're hiring an Auto Detail Floater for our dealership accounts in Bedford. You'll be on site cleaning, refurbishing, and detailing vehicles that go straight to customers — the last set of hands on a car before somebody drives it home. This is a floating position. We run more than one dealership account in Bedford, and you'll move between them depending on where the work is that day, with your location set the night before. Short drives, different crews, and the fastest way to learn this business — which is why our floaters tend to be the first people we promote. Our tagline is "This Smile's For You." What you'll actually do

• Wash, clean, refurbish, and detail vehicles at our Bedford dealership accounts
• Get cars front-line ready and delivery-ready
• Move between our Bedford locations as the schedule calls for it
• Work with dealership staff, keep the shop sharp, solve the small problems before they get big What we'll do for you
• We train. Zero detailing experience required. Our training program hands you everything you need, and then keeps going.
• $250 sign-on bonus, paid 90 days after hire

• A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle — no exceptions on this one
• Availability Monday through Friday and every Saturday until 6pm, you will work 5 days a week and always have Sunday off and one other day during the week
