Legendary Logistics is expanding our Independent Delivery Contractor team for the upcoming Peak Season. We're looking for motivated, dependable and highly productive contractors who are ready to take on some of our densest, highest-volume small-parcel delivery territories. If you're good at delivery, know how to organize a vehicle, move efficiently through a route and take pride in getting the job done — we want to talk to you.

DENSE ROUTES. HIGH VOLUME. SMALL PACKAGES

. These aren't routes with long drives between every stop. We're specifically recruiting for exceptionally dense delivery territories where a high concentration of stops can be located within relatively compact areas. For the right contractor, that means the opportunity to move significant package volume efficiently. Peak Season means more packages, more volume and more opportunity for contractors who can perform.

USE YOUR OWN VEHICLE

You must have your own reliable vehicle — but you don't need a cargo van. We specialize in small-parcel delivery, and depending on the route and volume, contractors can use: Cars Crossovers SUVs Minivans Cargo Vans Covered Pickup Trucks We're less concerned about having the biggest vehicle and more interested in finding contractors who know how to stay organized, work efficiently and complete their routes.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR HIGH PERFORMERS

Peak Season isn't the time to cut corners. We're looking for contractors who: Show up consistently and on time Can handle high package and stop volume Know how to organize a route and vehicle Work efficiently in dense city environments Maintain accountability for every package Follow delivery and proof-of-delivery requirements Communicate with dispatch Work safely and professionally Take pride in finishing what they start Experienced delivery contractors are strongly encouraged to apply. If you've worked with Amazon Flex, Roadie, Veho, Spark, DoorDash, Instacart or other delivery/courier platforms, your experience may translate well to this opportunity. New to delivery but highly motivated, organized and dependable? We're willing to talk to you too.

YOUR VEHICLE IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT TOOL

We understand what happens when you're an independent contractor and your vehicle goes down: You can't deliver if you can't stay on the road. Legendary Logistics provides contractors access to vehicle-support resources that may include: Preventative maintenance resources Staff mechanic assistance Discounted mechanic services Discounts on certain automotive parts Our goal is to give our delivery team access to resources that can help keep their vehicles safe, maintained and earning. Contractors remain responsible for their own vehicles, maintenance, repairs and operating expenses. Program availability and terms may apply.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Your own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Current automobile insurance Android or iPhone with active data service Ability to safely organize and deliver small parcels Ability to handle packages up to approximately 15 lbs. when necessary Reliable attendance and communication A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
