Join our dynamic automotive buying center team as a Full time Driver , where your energetic approach and commitment to excellent customer service will drive success! This is not your typical driving job- you'll be the on-site representative meeting customers, inspecting vehicles, and helping us acquire inventory. In this vital role, you will be responsible for: Meet customers offsite to inspect and test drive their vehicles (local and long-distance driving required) Complete a detailed vehicle inspection checklist and accurately document condition - Send photos, videos, and updates to buyers using text, phone, and FaceTime Communicate clearly with the buying team in real time to support purchase decisions Complete pre-filled purchase paperwork accurately and efficiently Provide payment to customers on-site when applicable (including prewritten checks) Drive purchased vehicles safely back to the dealership Follow a structured process for each appointment to ensure accuracy and consistency No negotiating — our buyers handle all pricing and customer discussions

What You Need:

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

(REQUIRED) Valid driver's license Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle Strong communication skills (text, phone, video/FaceTime) Detail-oriented with ability to accurately assess vehicle condition Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working independently and managing time on the road Ability to handle both short local trips and longer-distance driving

Additional Job Details:

Full-time (40 hours/week) Mix of local and long-distance driving routes Transportation to job sites provided (Lyft or team support for local trips) Consistent schedule with potential for overtime based on workload
