Role:
Mild Blue LLC is a fast-growing, high-volume last-mile delivery provider. We partner with major e-commerce platforms (including SHEIN, Temu, Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and eBay) to bring consistent, daily delivery routes to motivated owner-operators. If you have your own reliable vehicle and want to get paid for your speed and efficiency—rather than just sitting on a fixed hourly clock—this is the perfect opportunity for you. High Earning Potential:
Paid per package delivered. The more efficient you are, the higher your effective hourly rate. Average drivers earn $1,000-$2,500 weekly.
No Return Trips:
Once your assigned route is completed, you go straight home! No returning to the station at the end of the day.
Consistent Volume:
We operate 7 days a week. We offer flexible scheduling—work the days that fit your availability.
Optimized Freight:
Frequent stops with high-volume, smaller parcels. Little to no "overflow" or excessively oversized packages.

We currently operate from two dispatch locations. Drivers may choose the service area they prefer: South Hub -
Kent:
Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Lakewood, Puyallup, and surrounding areas North Hub -
Arlington:
Lynnwood, Edmonds, Everett, Arlington, Mt. Vernon, Stanwood, and surrounding areas
Morning Load-out:
Arrive at your selected dispatch station at 6:00 AM to pick up, scan, and load your assigned packages.
Same-Day Delivery:
Complete your assigned route the same day. Once your deliveries are finished, you're done for the day — no need to return to the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan, sort, and organize all packages efficiently into your personal vehicle. Drive to designated residential and commercial locations following planned GPS routes. Maintain accurate delivery records, including simple app-based photo documentation (Proof of Delivery) for each drop-off. Communicate any access issues, mechanical problems, or delays promptly to dispatch management. Requirements (Deal Breakers):
Vehicle:
Must provide your own reliable delivery vehicle (Mid-size SUVs, Minivans, or Cargo Vans are highly preferred to maximize your daily payload/earnings).
License & Age:
Valid Driver's License and must be at least 21 years old.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift small to medium parcels (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and comfortably get in and out of your vehicle frequently.
Compliance:
Willing to consent to a standard background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Experience:
Previous delivery experience (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, CDL, or gig-economy delivery) is highly encouraged, but not required if you are driven and eager to learn!
