Majors Management seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-volume convenience store and fueling station in our growing real estate and fuel portfolio. You will own daily operations, including staffing, merchandising, fuel and in-store sales, cash control, and customer experience. Partnering with a lean, entrepreneurial leadership team, you'll drive P&L performance, execute safety and compliance standards, and implement process improvements. This role offers hands-on exposure to multi-site operations and long-term growth within a results-driven organization. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of convenience store and fuel station to meet sales and profitability targets. Hire, train, schedule, and coach store staff to deliver excellent customer service. Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and vendor relationships to maximize margin and minimize shrink. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards for fuel and retail operations. Monitor store P&L, labor, and operating expenses; implement cost-control and revenue-growth initiatives. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and equipment readiness across all shifts. Analyze sales and traffic trends to adjust staffing, product mix, and promotions. Safeguard cash handling, deposits, and loss prevention procedures. Collaborate with operations leadership on new initiatives, acquisitions, and process improvements. Foster a performance-driven, entrepreneurial culture aligned with Majors Management's growth goals.
