Oversee customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels regularly; handle purchasing, pricing adjustments, and stock replenishment to maximize sales. Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote products and increase retail sales within the store. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks accurately. Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce operational policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive sales management initiatives by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and developing promotional campaigns. Manage shift operations efficiently by coordinating team efforts during busy hours to optimize customer flow and service quality. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, payroll data, and financial reports for operational transparency. Qualifications Proven management experience in gas station environments with strong supervisory skills

REQUIRED.

Understanding of daily operations of a Truckstop and Restaurant to be able to run the operations of the business successfully Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding employees, and conducting training & development programs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives. Familiarity with operational management practices such as budgeting, store management, stock control, and safety protocols. Ability to lead teams with confidence through effective managerial communication and leadership qualities. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving combined with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
