Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Manager to lead our gas station operations with enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Your leadership will drive sales growth, optimize inventory management, and uphold safety standards, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of gas station operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and safety compliance. Oversee customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels regularly; handle purchasing, pricing adjustments, and stock replenishment to maximize sales. Implement effective merchandising strategies to promote products and increase retail sales within the store. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks accurately. Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce operational policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive sales management initiatives by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and developing promotional campaigns. Manage shift operations efficiently by coordinating team efforts during busy hours to optimize customer flow and service quality. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, payroll data, and financial reports for operational transparency.
