The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring our stores remain safe, clean, and fully operational. This position requires a hands-on individual who can handle general facility repairs, equipment maintenance, and emergency service calls when needed. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs at convenience stores and gas station facilities. Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues. Maintain and repair store equipment, fixtures, doors, lighting, coolers, freezers, and pumps-related issues. Perform preventive maintenance inspections and address repair needs proactively. Handle minor construction repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry work. Respond to maintenance requests from store managers and operations teams. Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs are required. Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards. Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related field. Experience working with convenience stores, gas stations, retail facilities, or commercial properties preferred. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Willingness to travel between store locations as needed. Preferred Experience Gas station or fuel equipment maintenance experience. Refrigeration/cooler/freezer repair experience. HVAC troubleshooting experience. Experience working with retail POS, lighting, signage, and building systems. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
