Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles quickly and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change with strong cash handling skills. Maintain cleanliness of the station, including pumps, convenience store area, and surrounding grounds. Stock shelves, merchandise products effectively, and perform regular inventory checks to ensure product availability. Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Assist customers with questions about products or services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Experience Prior retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with merchandising and customer service standards. Basic math skills are essential for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact confidently with customers and team members.
