Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face and efficient operator behind one of the busiest service stations. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth fueling operations, exceptional customer service, and a clean, organized environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse customers, promote products, and uphold safety standards while providing a positive experience for every visitor. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles quickly and accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change with strong cash handling skills. Maintain cleanliness of the station, including pumps, convenience store area, and surrounding grounds. Stock shelves, merchandise products effectively, and perform regular inventory checks to ensure product availability. Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Assist customers with questions about products or services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Experience Prior retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with merchandising and customer service standards. Basic math skills are essential for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact confidently with customers and team members. Previous experience in a retail or convenience store setting will provide a solid foundation for excelling in this role.
