Fairfield, CA (Serving Solano, Sacramento, Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, Contra Costa, and Alameda Counties) B811 Medical Transportation Service is seeking compassionate, dependable, and safety-focused drivers to provide reliable transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our drivers play an essential role in helping clients access medical appointments while providing exceptional customer service every step of the way. If you're professional, enjoy helping others, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments. Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle. Properly secure wheelchairs and mobility devices. Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift. Maintain accurate trip documentation using company dispatch software. Communicate professionally with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and clients. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle. Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum 28 years of age. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. At least 3 years of driving experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to push, pull, and assist passengers and mobility equipment. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DMV record review. CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Previous NEMT, paratransit, caregiving, healthcare, shuttle, or transportation experience is preferred but not required. Requirements DOT Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain). Must be punctual and dependable. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using smartphones and GPS navigation. Weekend availability is a plus. Schedule Full-Time Part-Time Monday through Friday Weekends as needed Day shifts
