About the Role We are looking for reliable, hardworking E-Bike / E-Scooter Operations Associates to help keep our electric vehicle fleet safe, charged, and in the right locations. In this role, you will perform battery swaps, move e-bikes and e-scooters between designated hubs, and support daily fleet operations. You will also operate a cargo van to transport, load, and unload e-vehicles throughout the service area. This is an active, hands-on position that requires driving, lifting, loading/unloading, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform battery swaps on e-bikes and e-scooters. Collect and relocate e-vehicles to designated hubs and service areas. Load and unload e-bikes and e-scooters from a 16-foot box truck. Safely operate a 16-foot box truck throughout the assigned market. Organize and secure e-vehicles inside the truck during transportation. Inspect vehicles for obvious damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues and report problems. Follow assigned routes, tasks, and operational instructions through company systems. Maintain accurate records of completed battery swaps, vehicle movements, and other tasks. Help ensure designated hubs have the appropriate number of available vehicles. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable traffic laws. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and work area. Communicate with the operations team regarding vehicle locations, issues, and operational needs. Complete approximately 15-25 operational tasks per hour , depending on task type and market conditions. Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Comfortable driving and maneuvering a 16-foot box truck . Ability to safely load and unload e-bikes and e-scooters. Ability to lift, carry, and move e-vehicles and batteries as required. Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from the designated work area. Ability to use a smartphone and basic mobile applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow routes and instructions. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently. Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or gig work is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements This position is physically active.

Employees should be able to:
