POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently hiring reliable Cargo Van and Sprinter Van drivers for dedicated HelloFresh delivery routes. Drivers will deliver lightweight, pre-packed meal kits to residential and business customers using efficient, pre-planned delivery routes. PAY $300•350 per day typical pay per route $1,500•1,750 per week when working 5 days High-volume weeks may reach up to $1,750 per week Optional additional earning opportunities may be available through rescue/support routes Pay is based on route volume and completion

SCHEDULE

Sunday-Thursday Drivers typically start 3-4 days per week based on volume, performance, and availability Opportunity to work up to 5 days per week Scheduling opportunities may vary based on route volume

START TIME AND DAILY FLOW

Arrival between 6:00-7:00 AM Drivers are required to arrive approximately 15 minutes early Check in and receive route access through the driver app Scan and load the vehicle Begin the assigned delivery route Average route duration is approximately 8 hours, depending on volume

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrive at the Madison Heights facility for check-in Access the assigned route through the driver app Scan and load pre-packed meal kits into the vehicle Follow the optimized delivery route provided in the app Deliver to residential and business customers Take a photo and mark each delivery as completed in the app Complete all assigned deliveries safely and efficiently Once the route is completed, drivers are finished for the day and can head home. There are no additional stops or dispatch requirements after completing the assigned route.

DRIVER-FRIENDLY ROUTING

Routes are planned with driver location in mind whenever volume allows. Dispatch works to end routes as close to the driver's home area as possible.

LOADING PROCESS

Rolling racks are provided at the facility to make loading quick and organized. Pre-packed meal kits are staged on rolling racks Drivers roll the racks directly to their vehicle Load and secure the meal kits Begin the assigned route The meal kits are lightweight, and the loading process is designed to be efficient and low physical strain.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable Cargo Van or Sprinter Van Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle suitable for daily delivery operations Ability to safely and efficiently complete assigned routes Smartphone capable of running the required driver app Professional, dependable, and reliable work ethic

Pay:

Up to $350.00 per day Application Question(s): Do you currently own or have regular access to a reliable Cargo Van or Sprinter Van? Are you able to arrive at the Madison Heights, MI facility between 6:00-8:00 AM for your scheduled routes? Are you willing and able to complete approximately 8-hour delivery routes? Are you looking for the opportunity to work up to 5 days per week when volume allows? Are you comfortable using a smartphone and delivery app to complete routes, take delivery photos, and mark stops as completed? Are you comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor and responsible for your own operating expenses, including fuel, vehicle maintenance, and other vehicle-related costs?
