Rescues:

Drivers who complete their own route and are eligible to participate in rescue work can earn $1 for every package delivered during a rescue . Rescue opportunities depend on operational needs, and drivers must maintain satisfactory performance to participate. What the Job Looks Like You'll start your day at our DMP4 station in the Woodbury area , load your company van, and head out to your assigned delivery area. Most of your day is spent driving, walking, and delivering packages independently . You'll use a company phone and GPS to navigate your route and have dispatcher support when you need it. Drivers typically deliver 250+ packages per day , depending on the route. Delivery Area Our delivery routes cover a large and varied territory throughout the East Metro and surrounding communities , including suburban areas, smaller towns, and rural areas . The delivery territory extends well beyond the immediate area surrounding our DMP4 station, and your assigned delivery area can vary significantly from day to day. Some routes may require approximately 45-55 minutes of driving from the station before reaching the delivery area , depending on the assigned route. Drivers should be comfortable with longer drives, rural roads, smaller communities, and extended time on the road as part of the job. DMP4 is located in the Woodbury area, but drivers should not expect their deliveries to be limited to Woodbury or nearby communities. You will be expected to travel throughout the full assigned delivery territory based on your route. You should be comfortable with:

Entering and exiting the van 300+ times per day Walking long distances, including stairs and uneven surfaces Lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs Working in rain, snow, heat, and cold Maintaining a consistent pace throughout the day If you're looking for a job where you can sit in a van most of the day , this probably isn't the right fit.
