Turn 'em Loose Inflatables is a small, family-owned and operated party rental company based in Spring Hill, TN. We provide bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and other party rentals throughout Spring Hill and surrounding communities. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Route Assistant. This is a hands-on position working directly alongside the owners to help load, deliver, set up, take down, and pick up rental equipment at customers' homes, parties, schools, churches, and events. Starting pay is $16/hour, with an increase to $17/hour after 30 days of solid performance, reliability, and attendance. Because we operate with a small team, reliability and punctuality are extremely important. This is a part-time, seasonal position with variable hours based on our rental schedule. Most work takes place on weekends, with occasional weekday opportunities. Responsibilities Ride along on scheduled delivery and pickup routes Load and unload inflatables and other rental equipment Assist with setup and takedown of bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and other equipment Properly stake, secure, and prepare equipment for customers Roll, move, and load inflatables during pickups Help keep trailers, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Follow company procedures and safety requirements at every setup Help the team stay on schedule during busy delivery and pickup routes What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently show up when scheduled Weekend availability, especially Saturdays and Sundays Comfortable performing physically demanding work Able to lift, push, pull, and move heavy equipment with assistance Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Comfortable getting dirty or wet — this is an active, hands-on job Able to work efficiently as part of a very small team Friendly and professional when interacting with customers Reliable transportation to our meeting location Willing to learn and follow proper equipment and safety procedures No inflatable or event-rental experience required — we will train the right person Schedule Our schedule is based on customer bookings, so weekly hours are not guaranteed and will vary throughout the season. Weekend routes generally consist of morning deliveries and setups followed by evening pickups. Some weekends will be busier than others, and additional weekday work may occasionally be available. Applicants should have dependable weekend availability and understand that start and finish times can vary depending on the route.
