This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine mechanical expertise with exceptional customer service, ensuring stranded motorists receive timely assistance and safe solutions. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance, mechanical systems, and safety regulations will drive your success as you navigate urban and rural roads to deliver outstanding roadside support. Duties Respond swiftly to roadside assistance requests during night shifts, providing on-the-spot repairs tire change, fuel delivery, jumpstart, lockouts Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and that of customers during roadside assistance operations Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy parts or equipment safely (manual handling) Experience with vehicle maintenance, repair operations (MRO) Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to roadside assistance and vehicle repair environments Familiarity with Jack,lung wrench , jumping cables Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about helping others through technical expertise.
