Job Summary We are seeking a Hot Tub and Billiard Table Delivery Team Assistant with moving experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with the safe and efficient delivery, setup, and removal of hot tubs(Both hand and Crane deliveries) and billiard tables. The ideal candidate will possess strong physical capabilities, familiarity with warehouse operations, and experience handling heavy equipment. Duties Assist in the loading, transportation, and unloading of hot tubs and billiard tables using appropriate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and assisting cranes in deliveries. Ensure all items are securely fastened and protected during transit to prevent damage. Support warehouse distribution activities including order picking, inventory management, and materials handling. Operate material handling equipment safely in accordance with OSHA safety protocols. Assist with the setup at delivery sites, including manual handling tasks such as lifting, positioning, and installing large items. Maintain accurate records of deliveries using QR codes and filling out appropriate paperwork and other inventory management tools. Follow safety guidelines diligently during all phases of loading, transport, and unloading operations. If there are no deliveries scheduled, you would fill your hours assisting with repairs or servicing hot tubs on a route. Experience Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is highly preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks is essential. Experience in manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting is required. Knowledge of warehouse operations including order picking, inventory control, shipping & receiving processes is advantageous. Prior moving or furniture delivery experience will be considered a strong asset. Understanding of safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards is necessary for maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements accurately is important.
