We are looking for a Transition Specialist who is equal parts professional organizer and compassionate companion. You will be the hands-on support that helps our clients downsize, pack their cherished belongings, and settle into their new homes with dignity and ease.

Key Responsibilities Compassionate Sorting & Packing:

Work side-by-side with clients to help them downsize/right-size and pack with a high level of detail and organization.

Move Day Leadership:

Act as the primary point of contact on move day. You will direct and support our move partners , including professional moving companies and our "muscle coop" teams.

Logistics Coordination:

Ensure the heavy-lifting crews know exactly which items are moving, which are staying, and precisely where furniture needs to be placed in the new home to ensure safety and comfort. The "White-Glove"

Unpack:

Once the moving crew has placed the furniture, you will lead the unpacking process—setting up the kitchen, making the bed, hanging art, connecting electronics, so the resident can sleep well and wake up the next day feeling zero stress in their new home.

Professional Advocacy:

Serve as the client's advocate, ensuring move partners handle belongings with the same level of respect and care that Heart & Home Transitions expects. What We're Looking For The "Heart": You have a genuine love for seniors and a high level of empathy for those going through major life changes. The "Eye": You are naturally organized and detail-oriented. You can see a cluttered space and envision a clear, functional layout.

Physical Stamina:

You are comfortable being on your feet, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Reliability:

You have your own reliable transportation and a "no task is too small" attitude.

Experience:
