We're Hiring Top-Quality Cleaners Who Want Top Pay We are looking for experienced, professional cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be rewarded for quality, consistency, and efficiency. This is a performance-based commission position, not a traditional fixed hourly-wage position. Your earnings are based on the homes you complete and the revenue associated with those jobs. We guarantee a minimum of $15.00 per hour. As you gain experience and consistently demonstrate quality, efficiency, reliability, and strong customer service, your earning potential can increase. Experienced, top-performing Cleaning Specialists may earn the equivalent of up to $24.00 per hour, plus tips.

The $15.00-$24.00 range reflects earning potential based on performance. It is not a guaranteed starting hourly rate. This is a performance-based commission position. What You'll Do As a Cleaning Specialist, you'll provide high-quality cleaning services in client homes using our proven Speedy and Spotless System. You'll work independently, manage your time efficiently, and take pride in delivering excellent results. You'll travel between job sites using your own well-maintained vehicle and play a key role in delivering on our customer satisfaction guarantee. All training, supplies, equipment, and uniforms are provided — and our onboarding and day-to-day support are available in both English and Spanish. What vehicle (make/ model) will you typically be using to drive to client homes? If selected, are you able to provide proof of a valid driver's license before your first day? This is a pay-per-job position. You earn a set percentage of the price of each home you clean — so the more you clean, the more you earn. You'll start at 27% of each home's price, with chances to earn more as you show quality and reliability. For example, a $200 home pays you $54, usually for about 1-3 hours of work. You'll always earn at least minimum wage for every hour worked — if your pay comes up short in a period, we make up the difference.
