• Clear hourly pay: $15/hr during paid training (3-5 days), $17/hr after training, and $18/hr at 90 days with good performance
• 30 hours per week

GUARANTEED

• Example:

  30-40 hrs/week at $17
• 18/hr = about $510
• 720 per week, plus tips
• Paid drive time between homes

• Clean residential homes (1 to 3 homes per day), alone or with a partner
• Follow our detailed checklists and quality standards in every home
• Treat each client's home and belongings with care and respect
• Communicate clearly with the office about any issue

• Cleaning experience is a plus (residential or professional cleaning company preferred), but we will train the right person
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required). Most homes are in Apollo Beach, and we keep routes within about 20 miles
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Clean, neat, professional appearance
• Must provide and maintain your own approved cleaning kit (we give you the list; higher-cost items like the vacuum can be financed interest-free over 10 weekly payments)
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day
• Must be authorized to work in the U.

S. and pass a background check Pay Details You are paid from arrival at your first home until clock-out at your last home, including drive time between homes.
