Captains lead by example, oversee daily jobs, ensure safe and efficient operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and motivate crew members throughout daily jobs. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Perform hands-on moving, lifting, loading, unloading, and junk removal. Ensure furniture, belongings, and property are handled safely and carefully. Maintain clean, organized trucks and equipment. Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and all required paperwork is accurate. Follow safety procedures and report any accidents, damage, or customer concerns. Communicate with management regarding team performance and job updates. Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Qualifications Leadership, moving, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely, with assistance when needed. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if required. Flexible availability, including weekends.
