Part-Time / On-Call / As-Needed About JunkMD JunkMD is a fast-growing, locally owned junk removal and property cleanout service serving the South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana. We pride ourselves on fast, professional, and friendly service—turning chaotic basements, garages, and estates into clean spaces. We are looking for hardworking, energetic, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our growing team on a flexible, part-time, as-needed basis.

What You'll Be Doing:

General Hauling & Cleanouts:

Assist in lifting, loading, and hauling residential and commercial junk, furniture, appliances, and non-hazardous debris.

Customer Service:

Interact professionally with homeowners, landlords, and commercial clients on job sites.

Property Prep:

Help sort materials, load trucks efficiently, and leave job sites swept clean and presentable.

Safety First:

Utilize proper lifting techniques, hand trucks, dollies, and PPE to perform jobs safely. (

Note:

We strictly do standard debris removal and pack-outs. We do NOT perform structural demolition, drywall tear-outs, or environmental remediation.)

What We're Looking For:

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a reliable car/vehicle to get to dispatched job sites or local meetup locations on time across the South Suburbs and NWI. Valid Driver's License.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet carrying bulky items.

High Energy & Great Attitude:

Punctual, respectful, hard-working, and ready to get moving.

Professional & Customer-Oriented:

Clean presentation and strong communication skills. Eligible to Work in the

US:

Must be able to pass standard W-2 onboarding verification.

Pay & Perks:

Starting Rate:

$18.00 - $22.00 / hour (based on experience and reliability).
