Position Overview:

Lapels Cleaners is seeking a dedicated, career-focused individual to join our team in a dual role combining responsibilities as both a Presser and Delivery Driver. Expect your average workday to switch back and forth between pressing and delivery, depending on the volume of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Presser Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed all pressing standards for quality and efficiency. Work with your team to provide same-day dry cleaning and laundry wash/dry/fold services. Ensure each garment is pressed, steamed, and packaged to company standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders. Assist with any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, or general labor is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Must be trainable, motivated and eager to grow professionally in the dry cleaning and logistics industry. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to farming, industrial, or manufacturing labor. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle each client's garment with care. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to physically operate and manipulate pressing equipment. Previous pressing experience preferred, but not required; must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Lapels has pioneered a unique Dry Cleaning Program that features a boutique like, Environmentally Friendly Dry Cleaning Experience.
