You'll be the hands behind every successful move — packing, loading, transporting, and delivering with care and professionalism. What You'll Do Pack and wrap customer belongings using proper techniques, blankets, stretch wrap, and protective materials. Load and secure items on trucks following proper weight distribution and securement practices. Unload and place items at destination per customer instructions; reassemble furniture as needed. Handle customer belongings with care, detail, and respect. Maintain courteous, professional communication with customers throughout the move. Follow safe lifting techniques and use mechanical assistance (dollies, hand trucks) where appropriate. Keep trucks, equipment, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for the next job. Show up on time, every time — punctuality matters here. What We're Looking For Ability to lift 50+ lbs independently and 100+ lbs with crew assistance. Ability to stand, bend, squat, climb stairs, and work 8-10+ hour shifts in varying weather. Reliable transportation to report to work location. Strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first attitude. Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset. Punctual, dependable, and ready to take direction. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Prior moving, warehouse, or physical labor experience. Valid driver's license. Experience with furniture assembly and disassembly. First aid/CPR certification. Pay & Growth Competitive hourly pay + overtime. Tip eligibility on customer-facing jobs. Paid training. Advancement opportunities — Crew Foreman and Driver roles available for proven performers.
