Summary We are seeking a dedicated Move Management Assistant to join our team in Clinton, MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and overseeing our moving operations, ensuring that we provide top-notch service to our customers while upholding the values of Geva Logistics. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of moving operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Manage customer interactions to provide excellent service and resolve any issues. Oversee packing, loading, and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of inventory and moving schedules. Train and supervise staff on best practices for moving procedures. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during moving processes. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their moving needs and expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in a moving or logistics management role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Experience operating forklifts is an asset. Knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred. Valid commercial driving license is an advantage.
