We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced moving professional who can safely operate a moving truck, lead a crew, and provide excellent service to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities Safely drive and operate moving trucks Lead, supervise, and organize the moving crew Load and unload household and commercial belongings safely and efficiently Properly wrap, protect, secure, and handle furniture and other items Communicate professionally with customers throughout the move Complete required paperwork, inventories, and job documentation accurately Inspect trucks and equipment before and after each move Make sure the crew follows company procedures and safety standards Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to management Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and furniture placement Maintain a clean and professional appearance Qualifications Moving industry experience is required Minimum 2 years of Driver/Foreman or similar moving experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience safely operating moving trucks Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to work long days, weekends, and flexible hours when required Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work well with and lead a team Clean background required Spanish-speaking is required CDL is a plus, but not required for all positions What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to properly protect customers' belongings, can confidently manage a moving crew, and understands the responsibilities of running a professional moving job from start to finish.
