Job SummaryWe are looking for physically strong, high-endurance, and hard-working Professional Movers to join our elite relocation crew. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that heavy furniture, specialized equipment, and customer belongings are packed, transported, and unpacked safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Heavy-Duty Lifting:

Manually lift, carry, and maneuver heavy and oversized items—including pianos, gun safes, large appliances, and solid wood furniture—up and down staircases, ramps, and tight spaces.

Load & Secure:

Wrap furniture in protective pads, box fragile items carefully, and strategically stack cargo inside box trucks to maximize space and prevent shifting or damage during transit.

Endure Long Shifts:

Stay energized, focused, and efficient during long stamina-demanding shifts that can frequently extend past 8 to 10 hours depending on the scope of the move.

Assembly & Disassembly:

Efficiently take apart and reassemble furniture, structures, and equipment using basic hand and power tools.

Customer Service:

Maintain a respectful, polite, and helpful attitude with clients during what can be a stressful moving day for them.

Safety Compliance:

Strict adherence to safety protocols, team lifting techniques, and proper use of moving equipment (dollies, straps, pallet jacks) to prevent injuries and property damage.

Job Requirements & Physical Demands Extreme Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs consistently on your own, and 150+ lbs with a team partner, for hours at a time.

Punctuality & Reliability:

Showing up on time for early morning roll calls is completely non-negotiable. Stamina for

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Background Screening:

Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening. Driver's License (Preferred): A valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate 16ft to 26ft box trucks is a major plus.
