Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Mover/Packer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the loading, unloading, packing, and transportation of goods, ensuring efficient and safe handling of items. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or delivery driving, with the ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are prioritized. Responsibilities Load and unload items safely using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Pack goods securely for transport, ensuring items are protected during transit Assist with moving furniture or large items for residential or commercial clients Operate box trucks and delivery vehicles with manual transmission as needed Deliver items to designated routes while maintaining timely schedules Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and vehicles Follow safety protocols during all handling and transportation activities Assist with route planning and route driving to optimize delivery efficiency Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations, moving, or delivery driving preferred Valid driver's license with courier or driver experience highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks and forklifts is a plus Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and manual transmission vehicles Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to reach various job sites consistently Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety standards
