In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling the movement, loading, and unloading of goods within our warehouse facilities. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment using RF scanners and manual handling techniques Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and heavy machinery while adhering to safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards Manage inventory by accurately tracking materials using inventory management systems and conducting regular stock counts Ensure proper handling of materials during manual lifting and transportation within the warehouse to prevent damage or injury Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles Skilled in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, and heavy lifting tools Strong understanding of inventory management systems and materials handling processes Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Experience with manual handling techniques and heavy equipment operation for efficient material movement Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively Join us as a Mover to be part of a vibrant team committed to operational excellence!
