Cleaning Technician — Part-Time Into Clear Water LLC | Dickinson, ND Into Clear Water LLC is looking for a reliable cleaning technician who takes pride in their work, brings a positive attitude, and treats clients and their homes with care. If you're detail-oriented, work efficiently, and want an opportunity to grow with a company, we'd love to hear from you! Pay and schedule $15 per hour for the first two weeks: This paid trial period gives you and our company an opportunity to determine whether the position is a good fit. $17 per hour after the two-week trial period for employees continuing in the position. Part-time, approximately 15-35 hours per week . Work typically takes place Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM . Responsibilities Complete cleaning tasks thoroughly, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Follow cleaning checklists and maintain consistent quality. Balance attention to detail with an efficient pace to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes. Communicate respectfully with clients and coworkers. Handle company supplies, equipment, and client belongings with care. Drive the company vehicle as needed. What we're looking for A valid driver's license and the ability to drive the company vehicle. Dependable attendance and punctuality. A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Good customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work well with a team.
