Competitive hourly wage, based on experience About Us WNY Junk Removal & Cleanout provides professional junk removal, property cleanouts, and hauling services throughout Western New York. We serve residential and commercial customers, helping them clear out unwanted furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other items. We are looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated Crew Members who enjoy physical work, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and want to be part of a reliable team. Key Responsibilities Load, lift, carry, and remove furniture, appliances, debris, and other unwanted items. Perform residential and commercial cleanouts, including homes, apartments, garages, storage units, estates, and construction sites. Safely load and unload trucks while protecting customers' property. Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Deliver friendly, respectful, and professional customer service. Follow company safety procedures and instructions from supervisors. Travel to different job locations throughout Western New York. Assist with cleaning, organizing equipment, and other general labor duties as needed. Requirements Reliable transportation to consistently report to work and assigned job locations. Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8-10 hours per day. Ability to lift and move heavy items, including items weighing 75-100 lbs with team assistance. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Availability Monday through Saturday as needed. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and professional communication skills. Ability to interact respectfully with customers in their homes and businesses. Willingness to travel throughout Buffalo, Amherst, Hamburg, Lockport, Niagara Falls, Batavia, and surrounding areas. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, demolition, warehouse work, delivery, or general labor. Valid driver's license. Experience handling heavy furniture, appliances, or equipment. Customer service experience. Previous junk removal experience is a plus but not required.
