This is a physically demanding position that requires strength, stamina, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. This is not a desk job. What You'll Do Safely deliver, install, and pick up furniture, appliances, electronics, and other merchandise in customers' homes. Lift, carry, load, and maneuver heavy merchandise throughout the day. Enter customers' homes professionally and respectfully while providing exceptional service. Review rental agreements and explain product features to customers. Identify sales opportunities and provide customers with information about additional products and services. Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policies. Keep delivery trucks clean, organized, and properly maintained. Assist with warehouse organization, product preparation, inventory movement, and general store operations.

What It Takes:

Enjoy physical work and staying active throughout the day. Can frequently lift, move, and maneuver heavy furniture and appliances with or without assistance. Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Can safely navigate stairs, tight spaces, and uneven terrain while carrying merchandise. Are comfortable entering customers' homes and providing professional, courteous service. Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Take pride in working safely and representing the company well. Work well independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequent heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs. Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings.
