Job Description

Mover | Home Staging Northwest Overview Join the Home Staging Northwest team as a Mover and play an important role in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that help buyers envision themselves in a home. Our Movers work behind the scenes—and in clients' homes—to ensure furniture, décor, and staging materials are transported, handled, and placed safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with our staging and warehouse teams while supporting real estate agents, builders, developers, and homeowners. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in being dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and part of a team. Our work week generally is Monday - Friday, starting at the warehouse at 8am. We work until the jobs are complete and we are prepped for the next day. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, unload, and place furniture, décor, and staging materials in residential properties. Assist with staging installations and removals while following direction from staging and warehouse team members. Carefully handle furniture and décor to prevent damage to items, walls, floors, and property. Load and unload company trucks efficiently while following proper lifting and material-handling techniques. Pick, prepare, organize, and return staging inventory according to work orders and established procedures. Maintain accurate inventory by organizing warehouse materials and reporting missing, damaged, or misplaced items. Keep trucks, warehouse areas, equipment, and staging materials clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. Work efficiently during high-volume periods and meet scheduled installation and removal timelines. Communicate professionally and respectfully when working in clients' homes and with real estate agents, builders, developers, and other partners. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines, including safe lifting and material-handling practices. Collaborate with the staging, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, staging, or other physically active work experience is preferred but not required. Ability to safely and consistently lift, carry, push, and pull furniture and other staging materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to carefully handle items in residential environments. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Basic ability to count, measure, and follow written or verbal instructions. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Professional, courteous attitude when interacting with clients and industry partners. Commitment to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques. Willingness to learn staging, inventory, warehouse, and moving procedures. Why Join Home Staging Northwest? This is more than a moving position. You'll be part of a team that helps transform homes and plays a direct role in the real estate process. Every delivery, installation, and carefully placed piece of furniture contributes to helping potential buyers see the possibilities of a home. If you're dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, and enjoy working with your hands in a team environment, we'd love to have you join us.
