Job Summary barre3 Felida is looking for an energetic, community-minded instructor who is passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and connected. As a barre3 Instructor, you'll lead safe, effective, full-body workouts that encourage mindfulness, body awareness, and a positive relationship with movement. You'll create an engaging, music-driven experience while building meaningful connections with clients and contributing to a welcoming studio community. The ideal candidate loves helping others, enjoys moving to a beat-driven workout, and thrives in a fun, high-energy environment. No two classes are exactly alike, but every class is an opportunity to support clients in feeling their best.

Training & Requirements Audition:

Complete a short audition with a barre3 Felida Lead Mentor for submission and approval by the barre3 Corporate Instructor Training Team.

Pre-Training Coursework:

Complete five weeks of pre-training coursework prescribed by the barre3 Corporate team and facilitated by a barre3 Felida Lead Mentor.

Weekly Workshops:

Attend one in-person workshop each week with a barre3 Felida Lead Mentor throughout training.

Virtual Intensive:

Attend a two-day virtual intensive led by a member of the barre3 Corporate Instructor Training Team.

Instructor-in-Training Classes:

Teach a minimum of three instructor-in-training classes per week until you meet the brand standards established by the barre3 Corporate Instructor Training Team.

Ongoing Teaching Commitment:

Be willing to teach a minimum of three barre3 Signature classes per week. Class schedules are built around the availability you submit each quarter. Who Thrives at barre3 Felida? $28.00 - $49.00 per hour
