OVERVIEW OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Sweet Aviation's 135 Charter Pilot will emulate the Sweet Aviation core values of Honor, Humility, Helpfulness, Happiness (positive mindset), and Hungry to improve and grow in the role. The ideal Pilot will lead by example as an ideal team player and be "customer centric" with a "can do" attitude when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction so long that safety is the number one priority. The Pilot will be effective in working in multiple environments (office, home, hotel, aircraft) in order to adhere to the duties and responsibilities of the assigned aircraft (Citation XLS or Citation CJ4).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PIC/Captain duties and responsibilities per FARs, AFM, and Sweet Aviation GOM Performing duties in a safe, professional, and cordial manner always Available to schedule Sunday through Saturday up to 16+ days per month. Reports to the Chief Pilot for duty assignments and training. Greets and assists with passenger seating and luggage storage. Conducts passenger briefings. Assists with emergency evacuations. Maintains a high degree of crew coordination Performs all duties and any other specific duties assigned Requirements

ATP AMEL
International Flight experience Rockwell Collins Proline 21 avionics experience No incidents, accidents, or FAA violations within the past 5 years Live within a 60 minute driving radius of the Fort Wayne International Airport (KFWA) Be able to pass a criminal background check and an FAA pre-employment drug test Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
