FAA Compliance Part 91/133/135/137

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Helicopter Pilot to oversee flight operations and support regulatory compliance for operations conducted under FAA Parts 91, 133, 135, and 137. This leadership position is responsible for managing safe and efficient flight operations, pilot training, pilot schedules, customer relations, and operational readiness across a diverse helicopter fleet. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily flight operations with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Maintain compliance with applicable FAA regulations, including Parts 91, 133, 135, and 137. Manage pilot training programs, recurrent training, and operational standardization. Develop and coordinate pilot schedules to meet customer and operational requirements. Support customer relations by maintaining professional communication and dependable service standards. Provide leadership for utility, external-load, aerial application, charter, and other helicopter operations as assigned. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure pilots follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary of $260,000 per year. Additional flight pay. Simple IRA with 3% company match. Health insurance. Full-time position.
