Ensure corrective actions and training are completed, documented, and followed through to resolution. Attendance, Staffing & Overtime Control Monitor officer attendance and reliability and hold officers accountable for attendance violations. Maintain active oversight of Guard Services overtime and hold supervisors accountable for responsible staffing decisions. Company expectations must be applied fairly regardless of an employee's tenure, rank, or assignment. The Captain is expected to develop supervisors rather than simply perform supervisory duties for them , address personnel issues promptly, recognize strong performance, develop future leaders, and proactively resolve problems before they negatively affect Guard Services operations.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The Guard Services Captain's primary objective is to ensure First Response Security consistently puts the right officer, with the right training, professionalism, and mindset, in every ARP district and On-Site assignment.
