We're looking for an experienced King Air B200 Captain who takes pride in their flying, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and values building lasting relationships with aircraft owners and charter clients. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary:

$90,000-$120,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Predictable Schedule:

16 workdays per month.

Guaranteed Time Off:

5 guaranteed days off per month.

Paid Vacation:

14 days annually.

Additional Duty Pay:

$500 for each day worked beyond the required 16 days per month.

Short-Notice Flight Incentives:

Earn an additional $100 per flight hour for ASAP assignments with less than 24 hours' notice, up to $500 per day.

The Opportunity As a King Air B200 Captain, you'll serve as Pilot in Command for Part 135 charter and aircraft owner flights, delivering the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and personalized service. You'll play an important role in our day-to-day operation, working closely with flight operations, maintenance, management, and fellow pilots to ensure every flight reflects the Alpha Three commitment to excellence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Safely operate the King Air B200 in accordance with FAA regulations, Part 135 requirements, and company procedures. Lead all aspects of flight planning, preflight preparation, and flight execution. Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making and provide professional leadership to your First Officer. Maintain aircraft proficiency, accurate flight records, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient flight operations. Provide exceptional, personalized service to charter passengers and aircraft owners. Maintain flexibility for scheduled flights and occasional short-notice assignments. Represent Alpha Three Aviation with professionalism both in and out of the cockpit.
