Position Summary:

HeliService USA is seeking an experienced and dedicated co-pilot to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. This position involves conducting IFR operations, crew transfer ﬂights, and precision hoist missions with the AW-169 helicopter. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic offshore environment and is committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IFR operations in compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 regulations. Execute hoisting missions in both onshore and offshore environments, adhering to company SOPs and safety protocols. Ensure operational readiness, including pre-ﬂight and post-ﬂight inspections, mission planning, and risk assessments. Perform hoisting missions in the offshore environment, adhering to company SOPs, safety protocols and 14 CFR Part 133 regulations. Act as a Co-Pilot while fostering a culture of Crew Resource Management (CRM). Maintain compliance with HeliService USA policies, FAA regulations, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Training/Specific Activities Required:

Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on policies, procedures, and developments as well as to meet all company compliance standards. Employment at HeliService USA is contingent on successful completion of training and release to the line by the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, and Director of Training at the completion of the required line training period. Pre-employment drug screening and background check must be completed and approved in accordance with DOT/FAA regulations prior to hire.
