Responsibilities Safely operate company vans for local deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at designated destinations Load and unload cargo with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring secure placement for transit Navigate efficiently using GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safety and operational readiness Communicate professionally with clients regarding delivery times Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and safety protocols during all driving activities Assist with loading heavy or bulky items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury Optimize warehouse efficiency by assisting with freight unloading, inventory sorting, and stock replenishment during non-delivery periods.
