What You'll Be Doing As a Support Coach , you are the bridge between our participants and the world around them. You will transport participants directly into the community to:

Foster Independence:

Help participants implement their own service plans, focusing on what they want to achieve.

Drive Connection:

Use your personal vehicle to transport individuals to job sites, volunteer opportunities, and social events, ensuring they have the access they need to thrive. Be a

Mentor:

Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to help individuals build social skills and workplace confidence.

Document Success:

Are Mobile:

Since this is a community-wide role, you'll need a reliable vehicle, a valid CA driver's license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance with policy limits acceptable to VPCI's insurance carrier.

Stay Active:

You are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying mobile throughout the day.

Communicate Clearly:

You can connect well with others and utilize technology for daily organization.
