Overview A loving family currently living in San Francisco, but soon to move to Hillsborough, is looking to create a live-out ROTA team to support their family. They have twin six year old boys and a 1.5yr old daughter. While this is a live-out schedule, you will be expected to do overnights at times or travel with the family, as needed. The schedule will be one week on/off (potentially two weeks on/off). While you are paid for a seven-day-a-week schedule, there will be many weeks where you work only 5-6 days. Preference is for candidates already living locally or within a commutable distance. The family is open to relocating the right candidate. Responsibilities Prior ROTA experience Experience with multiple children Similar age ranges: Twin Boys 6 years old - Kindergarten and 1.5 year old daughter Developmental activities, classes, then 3pm pick up and activities etc. Suburban environment with driving (moving to Hillsborough)

Travel:

Weekend travel, holidays, two weeks in the summer, one week where parents go away solo Comfortable driving children around to activities and appointments Requirements Must be legal to work in the US Clean and valid driver's license. Prior ROTA experience Prior experience working with multiple children Experience with children in similar age ranges Child development or early childhood education background is a plus Seeking longevity Travel coverage, when needed Overnight coverage, when needed Salary and Benefits The family is offering $150K+ salary, depending on experience. Benefits include a medical stipend.
