Job Description

Employment Type:

Part-time or Full-time (minimum of 20Hr/week and max of 40), As-Needed (guaranteed hours) Why this role?

No weekend requirement unless you choose it
Great for students, parents, or anyone wanting extra income without committing to full-time What you'll do:
Cover call-offs, vacations and last-minute openings across all 3 shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a)
Work primarily at one primary location OR multiple group homes
Provide same care as regular staff: med passing, daily living support, documentation On-call details:
When on call, you receive $40/week standby pay just for being available if we don't have hours for you.
If called in, you receive $20/hour for all hours worked

Requirements:

Must live within 20 minutes of home /location
Reliable smartphone and transportation
Pass MN background study
