Job Description
Employment Type:
Part-time or Full-time (minimum of 20Hr/week and max of 40), As-Needed (guaranteed hours) Why this role?- Flexible schedule
- No weekend requirement unless you choose it
- Great for students, parents, or anyone wanting extra income without committing to full-time What you'll do:
- Cover call-offs, vacations and last-minute openings across all 3 shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a)
- Work primarily at one primary location OR multiple group homes
- Provide same care as regular staff: med passing, daily living support, documentation On-call details:
- When on call, you receive $40/week standby pay just for being available if we don't have hours for you.
- If called in, you receive $20/hour for all hours worked
Requirements:
- Must live within 20 minutes of home /location
- Reliable smartphone and transportation
- Pass MN background study
