Pay:

$25/hour, with a minimum of 1.5 paid hours per assigned shift Quintara Biosciences is hiring a dependable Campus Associate to collect sequencing samples from designated locations on the Cornell University campus and deliver them to a designated UPS location or other approved handoff point the same day. Work Schedule Shifts may be assigned Monday-Friday, starting at 4:00 PM and typically finishing around 6:00 PM. Actual end times vary. Assignments depend on customer pickup needs; daily shifts and weekly hours are not guaranteed. The company will confirm whether a shift is needed before you are required to report. No unpaid standby is required on unassigned days. Complete all assigned pickups and same-day handoff before ending your shift. If you finish early, the applicable minimum payment still applies. All actual time worked is paid, including travel between assigned stops, the final handoff, and required on-duty waiting time. Responsibilities Collect, organize, and safely transport samples following company procedures. Complete same-day handoffs before the required UPS or other applicable cutoff. Use mobile apps to follow routes, confirm pickups, submit photos and shipment records, and report issues. Help maintain sample drop boxes and occasionally assist with approved materials or local events. Event support is paid and has no sales quota. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Consistently available to start at 4:00 PM Monday-Friday and complete assigned routes. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance covering required work-related driving. Able to travel across the Cornell University campus, use smartphone apps, walk between pickup points, and carry light packages, with or without reasonable accommodation. No prior experience required; training is provided. Availability for at least six months is preferred. Vehicle Expenses A personal vehicle is required. The $25/hour rate is intended to cover ordinary route-related mileage, fuel, parking, and vehicle-use expenses. These expenses are not reimbursed separately unless required by applicable law. • Do you have a smartphone and feel comfortable independently using work-related apps for route instructions, navigation, pickup confirmation, photo uploads, and communication?
