What You'll Do Provide on-site and community-based support, coordination, and access to employment resources Observe and evaluate performance, behavior, and overall well-being Break down job tasks into teachable steps and provide hands-on training Foster independence and build natural supports within the workplace Promote professionalism, including work ethic, communication, and appropriate workplace behavior Complete documentation, reports, and assessments in a timely manner Transport individuals as needed to support employment opportunities What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass background screenings Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to build positive relationships in the workplace and community Comfortable working independently in a variety of settings Willingness to travel as needed Friendly, compassionate, and creative approach to problem-solving Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical movements such as bending, squatting, and reaching Ability to work in various weather conditions while in the community Must pass required physical, vision, hearing, and drug screenings
